Ingredients:
- Fresh lime juice 1 oz (30 ml)
- Simple syrup 5 oz (150 ml)
- Pisco 2 oz (60 ml)
- Lemon segment
- 1 Fresh egg white
Instructions:
- Grab a shot glass
- Pour 5 oz (150 ml) of Simple syrup
- 2 oz (60 ml) of Pisco
- Add 1 oz (30 ml) of Fresh lime juice
- Add 1 Fresh egg white
- Garnish with Lemon segment
