The Gold Room experience depends on the night you choose to go. Friday night is the urban stars night and Saturday night is the EDM/Dance night. It isn’t as big as Compound and there is no real place to dance (thus the couches and VIP areas turn into mini-dance floors and twerking stations).
If you aren’t doing bottle service, you aren’t doing Gold Room right. It is an upscale, Las Vegas style club with two levels, but the upper level is strictly VIP. This is Compound’s sister club and is more upscale with a more professional crowd but still hosts some of the best Hip Hop stars and dance DJs in the country.
