Fill out Custom Package Form

Complete all of the information in the form to your left as best you can. The number of guests is really vital, so be sure to give an accurate range.

We start planning

We contact you and go over the details, adding in our recommendations and assisting you to come up with the best itinerary that meets all of your group’s needs.

Invoice & Payment

In most cases you will place a deposit and make a final payment closer to your event date. We will email you an invoice with a “pay online” link that will accept your payment securely and send you a receipt. The invoice will detail everything you are purchasing in your package, the date and the amount paid/remaining.

Finalize Itinerary & Have Fun

We will plan everything according to your desires, get you all of the info you need for the night and prepare a final itinerary. We will need identification, picture for the custom flyer and guests lists, depending on the package you choose. Your VIP manager will give you his/her cell phone number so they are always a phone call away – especially on the night of your event.
